1. About these Terms

Primotü is a social network, marketplace and set of business tools for entrepreneurs, creators and merchants. By creating an account or using Primotü, you agree to these Terms and to the Community Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use Primotü.

2. Who can use Primotü

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.

3. Free and paid features

• Joining Primotü is free. Some tools have limits on the free plan. Paid plans unlock more.
• Prices, limits and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. We may change plans or prices with advance notice, and the change will not affect a period you already paid for.

4. Marketplace and stores

• Primotü provides a place where sellers show products and buyers place orders. The sale is between the buyer and the seller. Primotü is not the seller and does not hold your payment.
• In this version, buyers pay the seller directly. Be careful: use payment methods you trust and keep your proof of payment.
• Sellers must describe products truthfully, deliver what they sell, answer buyers, and follow applicable laws, including consumer protection and online selling rules, and any tax that applies to them.
• A "Verified" badge means we checked certain information about an account. It is not a guarantee of any product, seller or result.

5. No guarantee of income

• Primotü does not promise that you will earn money. Results depend on your own work and your market.
• Commissions, if a merchant offers them, come only from real sales of real products to real customers, at the rates the merchant sets. Nothing is paid for recruiting people.
• Primotü is not an investment, and you should not treat any plan as one.

6. VA engagement service

Where Primotü offers agents who do daily engagement tasks for a merchant, agents use their own real accounts and real activity. Fake accounts, bots and purchased engagement are not allowed. Service packages and prices are shown before you buy.

7. Your content

• You own what you post. You give Primotü a non-exclusive license to host, show, share and promote it as needed to run the service, including through share links that open without logging in.
• You promise that you have the right to post it, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

8. What is not allowed

See the Community Rules. In short: no fake news, scams, fake reviews or fake sales, harassment, illegal products, spam, or attempts to break or misuse the service.

9. Moderation and enforcement

We may hide content, limit features, suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or the Community Rules. Admins may review reports. You may ask for a review of a decision by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL].

10. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy [LINK]. We handle personal data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and other applicable laws.

11. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Primotü running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.

12. Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Primotü is not liable for losses from dealings between users, from content posted by users, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending your account

You may stop using Primotü or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts as described in section 9. Rules that should continue after that (for example about content already shared and about liability) continue.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will show the new date and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Using Primotü after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Courts of Manila, Philippines have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you other rights. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].

1. Tungkol sa mga Tuntuning ito

Ang Primotü ay social network, marketplace at mga business tool para sa mga negosyante, creator at merchant. Kapag gumawa ka ng account o gumamit ng Primotü, sumasang-ayon ka sa mga Tuntuning ito at sa Patakaran ng Komunidad. Kung hindi ka sang-ayon, huwag gamitin ang Primotü.

2. Sino ang pwedeng gumamit

• Dapat ay hindi bababa sa 18 taong gulang, o nasa legal na edad sa lugar mo.
• Magbigay ng tamang impormasyon at ingatan ang login mo. Ikaw ang responsable sa lahat ng nangyayari sa account mo.
• Isang tao, isang account. Huwag magpanggap na ibang tao.

3. Libre at bayad na features

• Libre ang sumali sa Primotü. May limitasyon ang ilang tool sa libreng plan; mas marami ang nabubuksan ng bayad na plan.
• Makikita mo ang presyo, limitasyon at laman ng bawat plan bago ka magbayad. Maaari naming baguhin ang plan o presyo nang may paunang abiso, at hindi nito maaapektuhan ang panahong nabayaran mo na.

4. Marketplace at tindahan

• Ang Primotü ay lugar kung saan nagpapakita ng produkto ang mga seller at nag-o-order ang mga buyer. Ang bentahan ay sa pagitan ng buyer at seller. Hindi seller ang Primotü at hindi hawak ang bayad mo.
• Sa bersyong ito, direkta sa seller ang bayad. Mag-ingat: gumamit ng paraan ng bayad na pinagkakatiwalaan mo at itago ang proof of payment.
• Dapat totoo ang paglalarawan ng seller sa produkto, ihatid ang ibinenta, sumagot sa buyer, at sumunod sa batas, kasama ang consumer protection, online selling at buwis na naaangkop sa kanya.
• Ang "Verified" na badge ay nangangahulugang sinuri namin ang ilang impormasyon ng account. Hindi ito garantiya ng produkto, seller o resulta.

5. Walang garantiya ng kita

• Hindi nangangako ang Primotü na kikita ka. Nakadepende ang resulta sa sarili mong sipag at sa iyong merkado.
• Ang commission, kung iaalok ng merchant, ay galing lamang sa totoong benta ng totoong produkto sa totoong customer, sa rate na itinakda ng merchant. Walang bayad sa pag-recruit ng tao.
• Hindi investment ang Primotü, at huwag ituring na investment ang anumang plan.

6. VA engagement service

Kung may alok ang Primotü na mga agent na gagawa ng daily engagement para sa merchant, gagamit ang mga agent ng sarili nilang totoong account at totoong aktibidad. Bawal ang pekeng account, bot at binibiling engagement. Makikita ang package at presyo bago ka bumili.

7. Ang content mo

• Ikaw ang may-ari ng ipino-post mo. Binibigyan mo ang Primotü ng non-exclusive na lisensya para i-host, ipakita, i-share at i-promote ito ayon sa pangangailangan ng serbisyo, kasama ang mga share link na nabubuksan kahit walang login.
• Nangangako kang may karapatan kang i-post ito at hindi ito lumalabag sa batas o sa karapatan ng iba.

8. Ano ang bawal

Tingnan ang Patakaran ng Komunidad. Sa madaling sabi: bawal ang fake news, scam, pekeng review o benta, panliligalig, ilegal na produkto, spam, at pagtatangkang sirain o abusuhin ang serbisyo.

9. Moderation at pagpapatupad

Maaari naming itago ang content, limitahan ang features, o i-suspend o alisin ang account na lumalabag sa mga Tuntuning ito o sa Patakaran ng Komunidad. Maaaring suriin ng mga admin ang mga report. Pwede kang humingi ng review sa desisyon sa pamamagitan ng pagsulat sa [CONTACT EMAIL].

10. Privacy

Ang paraan ng pagkolekta at paggamit namin ng personal na datos ay nasa aming Privacy Policy [LINK]. Hinahawakan namin ang personal na datos alinsunod sa Data Privacy Act ng Pilipinas (RA 10173) at iba pang batas.

11. Availability ng serbisyo at disclaimer

Pinagsisikapan naming gumana palagi ang Primotü, pero hindi namin maipapangako na laging available o walang error. Ibinibigay ang serbisyo "as is" hanggang sa pinapayagan ng batas.

12. Hangganan ng pananagutan

Hanggang sa pinapayagan ng batas, hindi pananagutan ng Primotü ang pagkalugi mula sa dealings ng mga user, sa content na ipinost ng user, o sa mga pangyayaring wala sa makatwirang kontrol namin. Walang nililimitahan dito na karapatan mong hindi pwedeng limitahan ng batas.

13. Pagtatapos ng account

Maaari kang tumigil sa paggamit ng Primotü o humiling na burahin ang account mo anumang oras. Maaari naming i-suspend o tapusin ang account ayon sa seksyon 9. Magpapatuloy ang mga tuntuning dapat magpatuloy pagkatapos noon (halimbawa tungkol sa content na na-share na at pananagutan).

14. Mga pagbabago

Maaari naming i-update ang mga Tuntuning ito. Ipapakita namin ang bagong petsa at, para sa mahahalagang pagbabago, ipaaalam sa app. Ang patuloy na paggamit pagkatapos ng pagbabago ay nangangahulugang tinatanggap mo ito.

15. Batas na umiiral at contact

Ang mga Tuntuning ito ay sakop ng batas ng Republika ng Pilipinas. Ang mga korte ng [LUNGSOD], Pilipinas ang may hurisdiksyon, maliban kung may ibang karapatan kang ibinibigay ng batas. Mga tanong: [CONTACT EMAIL].

Community Rules

Primotü is built so small businesses can grow together. These rules keep it honest, safe and useful.

1. Tell the truth

• No fake news. Do not post information you know is false or that is made to mislead.
• Do not make up testimonials, reviews, sales numbers or results.
• Be honest about earnings. Do not promise guaranteed income, "easy money" or results nobody can guarantee.

2. No scams

• No fake stores, fake products, fake giveaways, or taking payment without delivering.
• No pyramid or recruitment-only schemes, and no asking people to pay to join in order to earn from recruiting.
• No asking for passwords, one-time codes or card details.

3. Sell honestly

• Describe products and prices accurately, with real photos you have the right to use.
• Deliver what you sell and answer buyers in good time.
• No illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or restricted products. Health and income claims must be truthful and allowed by law.

4. Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech or discrimination.
• No sexual content involving minors, and no sexual or graphic violent content.
• Disagree politely. Attack ideas, not people.

5. Real accounts, real activity

• One person, one account. No impersonation.
• No bots, fake accounts, purchased likes or comments, or engagement tricks. Agents doing engagement tasks use their own real accounts.
• No spam, repeated posting, or unwanted mass messages.

6. Protect privacy and children

• Do not share other people's private information, such as address, phone, ID or photos, without their permission.
• Do not post content that endangers or exploits children.

7. Respect others' work

Post only what you created or have permission to use. Do not copy other people's content, brand or logo and claim it as yours.

8. Report problems

See something that breaks these rules? Use the Report button on the post, comment or profile. Admins review reports. Please do not report just because you disagree.

9. What happens when rules are broken

Depending on how serious or repeated it is, we may: remove or hide the content, warn you, limit features, suspend your account, or permanently remove it. Serious cases (scams, threats, child safety) can lead to immediate removal and, where needed, a report to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will review it.

Patakaran ng Komunidad

Ginawa ang Primotü para sabay-sabay na lumago ang maliliit na negosyo. Ang mga patakarang ito ang nagpapanatiling tapat, ligtas at kapaki-pakinabang ito.

1. Magsabi ng totoo

• Bawal ang fake news. Huwag mag-post ng impormasyong alam mong mali o ginawa para manlinlang.
• Huwag mag-imbento ng testimonial, review, bilang ng benta o resulta.
• Maging tapat sa kita. Huwag mangako ng sigurado o "easy money" na kita o resultang walang makapagsisiguro.

2. Bawal ang scam

• Bawal ang pekeng tindahan, pekeng produkto, pekeng giveaway, o pagtanggap ng bayad nang hindi naghahatid.
• Bawal ang pyramid o recruitment-only na scheme, at ang pagpapabayad para sumali upang kumita sa pag-recruit.
• Bawal humingi ng password, one-time code o detalye ng card.

3. Magbenta nang tapat

• Ilarawan nang tama ang produkto at presyo, gamit ang totoong larawang may karapatan kang gamitin.
• Ihatid ang ibinenta at sumagot sa buyer sa takdang oras.
• Bawal ang ilegal, peke, mapanganib o restricted na produkto. Dapat totoo at pinapayagan ng batas ang mga claim tungkol sa kalusugan at kita.

4. Maging magalang

• Bawal ang panliligalig, banta, bullying, hate speech at diskriminasyon.
• Bawal ang sexual content na may kinalaman sa menor de edad, at ang sexual o graphic na marahas na content.
• Magkaiba man ng opinyon, maging magalang. Ideya ang kontrahin, hindi ang tao.

5. Totoong account, totoong aktibidad

• Isang tao, isang account. Bawal magpanggap.
• Bawal ang bot, pekeng account, binibiling like o comment, at mga engagement trick. Ang mga agent na gumagawa ng engagement task ay gumagamit ng sarili nilang totoong account.
• Bawal ang spam, paulit-ulit na pag-post, at hindi hinihinging mass message.

6. Protektahan ang privacy at mga bata

• Huwag ibahagi ang pribadong impormasyon ng iba, tulad ng address, numero, ID o larawan, nang walang pahintulot nila.
• Huwag mag-post ng content na nagpapahamak o nagsasamantala sa mga bata.

7. Igalang ang gawa ng iba

Mag-post lang ng ginawa mo o may pahintulot kang gamitin. Huwag kopyahin ang content, brand o logo ng iba at sabihing sa iyo.

8. I-report ang problema

May nakita kang lumalabag? Gamitin ang Report button sa post, komento o profile. Sinusuri ng mga admin ang mga report. Huwag mag-report dahil lang hindi ka sang-ayon.

9. Ano ang mangyayari kapag lumabag

Depende sa bigat o dalas, maaari naming alisin o itago ang content, bigyan ka ng babala, limitahan ang features, i-suspend ang account mo, o tuluyang alisin ito. Ang mga seryosong kaso (scam, banta, kaligtasan ng bata) ay maaaring humantong sa agarang pag-alis at, kung kailangan, pag-report sa awtoridad.
